Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for collectible stickers, and a damage/defect-only policy for Posters and Apparel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns:
Posters & T-Shirts All posters and apparel are made to order and printed specifically for you! As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
For example: you order a Large T Shirt and we accidentally send you a medium. It happens. In that case, you would get in contact with us with a photo showing the measurements of the shirt and how it's off.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Collectible Stickers Stickers are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery. Same for exchanges. Stickers must be returned in the same condition as received. That means unpeeled and undamaged. As these are limited edition collectibles, we cannot guarantee restocking of specific variants. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
T Shirts: personalized items are exempt from EU cooling off rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. No refunds on accurately fulfilled items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
